I made an error when I posted my white Christmas topic and I want to apologize to all of you that answered. My post showed up more as a poll then a open conversation. So I am going to try again and see what happens. I like a white Christmas and really miss them where I live. We don't get a lot of snow here (but we did get a tiny amount last night) and a white Christmas is something I am really used to. I would really like to know other peoples opinion about a white Christmas. Ypu are even welcome lo send some snow my way.

@velvet53 I dislike the cold, loved it when I lived in CA, wasn't really that cold in winter.

hi velvet oh my I am dreaming of a California Christmas just like
' the ones I used to know, when the palm trees glisten and children
listen to hear the Ice Cream truck they used to know playing I amdreaming of a white Christmas. after all these kids have never seen snow and are really curious. so yes I am dreaming of a warm Christmas with sunshine all around. It is after all Southern California and we do not do snow here, we are all escapees from snow countries and had our tummy full of blizzards and chilblains. So keep the snow where it belongs, most of us had all we could s tand of snow, and cold and freezing winds and glare
ice. we have skidded and slid and been scared spitless so now all we want for Christams is nice warm sunshine. l ol lol.

Would you get snow in southern CA, I didn't when I was in Chico, up north some 200/250 miles from you, however, my ex-partner parents had snow about 30 miles further north in CA.

Southern Californians don't so much look forward to white Christmases as weather to go to the beach, Disneyland, etc. Snow is something you go and visit, not live in.
