Christmas is big day for some countries, they will buy Christmas Tree and decorate it, then the kids would keep socks in the end of bed and waiting for the Christmas man to send presents there. it sounds very interesting. but for me ,we didnot celebrate, maybe it is for different culture. I still remembered when in college we usually send an apple and coin that day,and that is just for fun. how about you guys?

Christmas is really big here, in the U.S.! Huge, actually. It's fun though, and it's something I enjoy. We have a little tree in my living room right now, decorated. We don't go overboard with decorating, though, as that's too much work and we're much too lazy LOL. Me and my family get together on Christmas and chit-chat, play games, eat, and exchange gifts (and drink a little Bubbly...) and it ends up being a blast each and every year!

very gald to know that. it seems like our Spring Festival here. Family together! it is exciting when think of that. Because the little kids can get red-packet from parents and dress on new clothes. For the adults, like me--very homesick one. It is important moment to vist home from outside city, and meeting mom and Dad,talking some intersting experience, working experience...very nice. One confusion here: In USA every year you guys will get a Christmas tress , so how to deal with that after ending the holiday?

We take down all of our decorations a few days, maybe even up to a week, after Christmas ends. Some people have fake trees that they use every year, but the people who bought real trees have to either throw them out or put them out by their curb so that the garbage people can pick them up. Now that I'm thinking about it, it seems a bit wasteful!!
