we know that adding this MSG or seasoning powder to our food is not health. especially if we have some problems in health. but thank God i have found a great seasoning powder to make my healthy food become more delicious. and it is safe too.

Greetings
I do actually put additional natural seasoning powder. Usually I put garlic salt on my rice. Sometimes, I even put thyme powder in my race for a fragrant smell and unique taste in the rice to come along side other foods. In cooking, I put vegetable stock or chicken stock made of natural ingredients.

I do use a lot of spices and I do not use the ones with msg or other added ingredients that are not natural. I use cinnamon, oregano and basil the most. I also use a lot of fresh peppers, onions and garlic to add lots of flavor to dishes without adding salt and msg!
