13th month pay

Hello, one week to go and It's christmas time. Most everyone of us are too busy now, like shopping spree buying gifts and making a preparation for the yuletide season.
But while others are too busy for this season, we and my officemates are disappointed because we haven't receive yet our 13th month pay. And this is the last week before christmas that you can make shopping for your family and loved ones but how can we do it? So everyone of us before leaving our office we're all sad and you can see the frustration on their faces.
How about you lotters have you receive already your 13th month pay or christmas bonus?

Sadly I do not think all employers can do or afford that right now because of the state of the economy, so many people would just be contented having jobs while others agreed to a reduce pay, really hope it gets better otherwise businesses or people who hire would be out of business themselves this coming year
