Oh, that's an easy one! If you can make chicken pot pie, or you can make buiscuits, you can make turkey surprise.
Here's my simple recipe:
3-5 lbs turkey, cooked and diced
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup peeled and diced carrots
1 can of mixed vegetables (carrot, celery, potato, lima beans, peas, string beans)
2 packages of turkey gravy (powdered) or chickey gravy (powdered)
1/2 cup milk
2 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste
One package biscuit mix, water, and oil if the package calls for it
Just saute the raw vegetables in butter, oil, or lard until tender, add the gravy powder, milk, water. Wisk until blended. Cook on medium to high heat stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Take off heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place diced turkey in an oven-safe dish
Pour vegetable/gravy mixture over it.
Set oven for 350 F.
Mix up biscuit batter, keeping the consistancy stick and a little loose. Add a tablespoon more water than the package indicates if you need to.
Drop biscuit dough on top of the turkey mixture in large spoonfuls, to almost cover the top. There should be one biscuit per portion of vegetables and gravy. (approx 4 to 6 biscuits)
Cover your dish with glass top or tin foil (losely! Don't get it stuck in the biscuit dough! Tent it if need be).
Place in oven, cook till bubbling (about 20 minutes). Then remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Serve by spooning the buiscuit on the plate and surrounding with turkey and vegetables.
Hope you like it!
