I'm a n00b when it comes to making money online; so far I've enjoyed every second (and buck!) of it!
Let me share: I started making money online only last August. I used websites like Fiverr and Zeerk where I posted my online gigs there. What's amazing is right now I'm getting regular online work while keeping my day job.
I'm starting to find ways of making some serious passive income and I'm checking out a lot of websites like Squidoo, Hubpages, InfoBarrel, Helium, etc. What I'm not checking out are those PTC sites. Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing PTC sites but I think it takes too much of my time. I'd simply try my best to write and have some amazing passive income in the future.
So there, I started making money online via Fiverr and Zeerk.
How did you first start making money via the Internet? Comments are welcome.:)

My best advice is that there is no get rich quickly method. You have to work a lot to get earning a steady $100-200. I've been blogging, building websites for people and I still can't make a living out of it.
I've tried methods suggested in ebooks, this is the one that helped me a bit, it says you can get to $15-20 per day but didn't get there yet but it does help me out.
You can download it for free because I found it for free too so here you go:
http://www.filesonic.com/file/44297173/How_I_made_15-20_bucks_a_day_very_easily.pdf
Hope that helps you out, it's a detailed ebook. But it's not that easy and it takes a little time to get to $15-20 but I bet I can get there.
Good luck!

Hi budgetgeek, just wondering Zeerk a gig site like fiverr I did checked them and looks they had only PR 0 which is way low than fiverr PR 5 people swam over fiverr than zeerk maybe. I'm a member in fiverr and other gig site but not in zeerk , did you ever made money in Zeerk?

Yup, I've made some money (the word is some:/ ). I understand that they haven't increased their exposure yet even though they have a distinct advantage over other gig websites when it comes to immediate payments. However, everyone else seems to love Fiverr's security.
In Zeerk, I was able to land a few gigs but the sad thing is, Zeerk doesn't seem to have anyway to provide feedback to accomplished task. I still haven't got any feedback in my profile there. In Fiverr, yes, my feedback is decent, it's shown on my profile, and it helps me land more gigs. :)

Try constant-content.com, it's probably the best website to market your articles. You set the price and get 65% of it, the website gets the 35%. This isn't a problem though, as most articles sell for over 30, 40, or 5 bucks. Be warned, the editors are super strict about grammar.
I'd send you a referral link, but I don't know if that's allowed here on mylot :)

It started one day when I was bored, I was googling ways to make money then stumbled across mylot. After about a month of being here and seeing so many posts about other websites to earn from, I started joining them. Then I starting investing.

Investing? Is it forex or stocks? It'll be awesome if you share some tips here in myLot! :)

I only started here in mylot last September. I don't really have some regular online sites that i visit except for mylot. So I can say that I am very far from earning big bucks from here. I am happy though because I am able to comment on different things at the same time, I am earning some stuff. ;)

By chance, really. I stumbled upon a money making opportunity and took it and never looked back. But it was really very random in my case.

I haven't found anything that could replace my day job yet. I make a little here, and there, but nothing to consistently bring in $2000 or $3000 a month. Maybe I just haven't found the right thing yet.
