Do you go out on Friday or Saturday nights or do you mostly stay home? For last 20 years we have had friends over to play cards on Saturday night that was our social life now our card game has broken up and we have not played for the last couple of months. I am feeling pretty sad about it. It is hard to go out because we have kids and one of them is still pretty young. So do you go out on weekend nights, have friends over, or just stay home and do nothing like we do now?

I don't really go out on Friday or Saturday nights. I might have some friends over, but that's pretty much it. I'm not really the type of person, who goes out on weekends.

I usually go out to a movie on Friday nights with some friends or out to get something to eat. My wife calls it my sanity time a time when I can just relax and unwind after a long week of work. She stays home and watches the kids, and I am very appreciative of that fact. A lot of Saturday nights we will have friends over to our house.

Hi ladym33. I like to go out on Friday or Saturday night with my college friend, it is so fun and interesting when we go out with friends. I also like to go out with my family too but they are too busy and sometimes do not have time for me, so it is better to go out with my friends because we have a lot interesting thing we can do together like we will go to karaoke, play bowling, go to shopping and many thing again. I miss them today because I am in holiday right now and become bored in house with no friend.

Well, I close at my job every friday night, so I'm at work until 10 or 11 (or 12 to 1 am during the holidays) so I don't go out then. We don't really go out at night to do anything. We don't go to bars or clubs. If we DO anything its usually going to mvoies and we do that mid-day cause its cheaper.

Friday or Saturday nights are days when we can leave my work and don't think about it and become relaxed. YOu've got time to think about what to do in the weekend. Going out for a meal or meeting a friend? whatever activities they are, the atmosphere is most important.

Yes,I usually get out on Fridays and Saturdays nights with a few good friends;we usually go to a pub where we meet other people and socialize, and those few hours I spend there are very important because they really make me forget about the problems of everyday life;we usually listen to good music or play cards or other games and make a lot of jokes,so the atmosphere is really wonderful and it helps me throghout the rest of the week.

I haven't went out in ages. Hubby is housebound so we prefer to spend our time together. We have company over every now and then but we really like our peace and quiet. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I used to go out dancing every Friday and sometimes even Saturday nights but that is when I lived only a couple blocks away from the bar so i could walk there and home. but the last few years I only go out every so often because Cab fair is to expensive and with this economy we just don't have the extra cash...but when I do have a little extra I usually go out on Friday nights so I have the rest of the weekend to nurse my hang over lol

Well on Friday nights we usually watch whatever is on TV and munch out. On Saturday nights we usually have movie night and rent about 3 movies and watch till 1 or 2 in the morning. However, tonight since its the holidays we are going to my hubby's family business for some music, drinking and dancing. Should be a fun night.

I have never gone out on a Friday or Saturday night (shocking when you consider I am in my early 20s ). I have never really liked the mentality that seems to be around when it comes to nights out. I don't like drinking or partying and so I usually spend my evenings the same way every day. Heck the idea of going somewhere to play cards sounds fantastic, but people would probably think me mad if I suggested it, that and time restraints these days mean I do online things in the evenings, and I don't like the idea of compromising that for anything at the moment! Maybe I will start to go out as I get older, but right now I can't really see it! I hope you are able to find something to replace your card games in the future and all the best, Dranz

No I do not go out on Friday or Saturday even though I'm still not married and have no kids. If I do go out to see friends or something then it can be any day including Friday and Saturday. At the moment, as I'm in my hometown with my family, I mostly spend my time with them and watch movies together every night. Thanks for sharing and have a nice day

When I was still studying in the university, we go out with my friends. We usually go to clubs or go food tripping.

Actually in my case such night life is not applicable. Why? Because I'm working abroad which house and house is the normal routine. However, only Thursday and Friday are the consolition because our friends have always fellowship and talk about God... see you around

We do not have a regular time we socialize or go out. I go out once a month for a lunch with a friend. When we go to see my brother, four hours away, we take our bowling gear if we will be there on Friday night, and we go with a group of their friends and bowl. Whenever we are with our family in Oklahoma we play board games and card games. I have never been in a relationship where we can count on being able to go do something on a weekly basis. Sorry your group broke up. Did your friends split?

If I do it's with family....but not to party or anything. I lost interest in that a long time ago. I do love going out for supper or to a movie with a friend but for some reason it's usually during the week.
