Need water after doing sport

It's better drinking water than soda or supplement drink. Be careful if u consume special supplement drink. It contains ephedrine and creatine. They are not good for body. They are useless. They can make footballer dead. Ephedrine is related to 100 death. It can cause stroke, hypertension, and heart attach. Both of those supplements will cause dehydration, and fatal heat stroke. Wow, can u imagine that. We have to be more careful day by day. People sometimes sell no good drinks. So just back to water, or mineral water.

Yes i agree now a days drinks contain many chemicals which may be no good for your body and ofcourse water will be a good choice.You can also go with fresh leamonade
or fresh juices will be a good option too.As these are natural stuffs they dont harm you nor they contain chemicals.
