I use the word "actually" a lot when i speak. I dont know how to control it but actually i should control it now. I hav noticed that if I am trying to avoid the word while I am speaking, it becomes really uncomfortable for me to continue the flow. But when I am using the word "actually" it becomes really easy and comfortable for me to continue my conversation.

The word I most frequently use throughout the day is "hello", because I have to meet many people, at the work place, at the business meetings, at the restaurants, and so on. Most of the time, the way I greet the people is by saying "hello". I find that quite polite and congenial.

When Im typing some response here in mylot, I always use the word " a lot" I dont know why but I seemed to like that work and it seems easy to type it thats why Im using it a lot of times.
