hi yugasini,
you should be using windows xp. try using the windows xp camera wizard, also called the Windows Scanner and Camera Wizard, to download pictures to your computer from your camera. start the Windows XP Camera Wizard to step you thru the process of transferring just the images you want to the folder of your choice on your desktop or laptop. it (windows xp camera wizard) allows you to transfer photos and videos without the use of extra software. you should to transfer photos, you should use usb cable or your media card:
1. attach your digital cam's usb cable to your camera and then the other end to the usb port of your computer. you may either use the memory card instead of usb cable if desired. remove the card from the camera and insert to your computer's memory card read. you have to skip to step 3 if using this method.
2. press the power button on your digi cam to turn it on.
3. wait until a message appears on your windows xp desktop asking you what you want to do with your pictures. if this message does not appear, go to start. select all programs, choose accessories and select "scanner, camera wizard, and press ok.
4. select copy pictures to a folder on my computer using microsoft scanner and camera wizard.
5. follow the steps in the windows xp camera wizard to transfer your pics.
i hope this helps.
have a nice day.

If your photos are from your camera, you can use its cord. I think its included when you purchase one. Also you can use your card reader. Its the same with cellphones.

You can use the usb cable that comes with your camera, or the docking station for it if you have one. Very easy to download to computer that way. If you want to transfer photos from a phone, same thing, use your usb cable that came with your phone. Also, you could take out the memory card in the camera and have the photos put onto a disc at any photo place - walgreens, cvs, costco, target, walmart, etc, then you'd just put the disc into your cd drive on your computer to view them. You could put them onto a flashdrive as well to bring with you and share with someone else. If you have internet on your phone, you can email photos directly to your email or anybody's email, or to a mobile album, or directly to a social site such as facebook or myspace, or your own webpage or online photo albums.
Hope this helped!

Well if you are trying to send a medical bill then I'm not sure which one is more expensive, scanning the bill then send it by e-mail or actually faxing it if you do have their fax number. I do not know any other way accept of if you have a camera and take a photo of the bill then transfer it to a computer without having to pay anything for it. Good luck and have a nice day

Well without scanner i guess only one option is their which is we can use a camera and then send the photo to our pc.. But i don't think the result will be that clear in compare of scanning. Well i haven't try to do such thing so i can't tell exactly.

Hi yugasini. For me, I always use my handphone or cellphone's camera to transfer my photo. It is easier and do not need any cost. Especially if we have camera digital, the photos look more real and clear. You can use both of them to transfer your photo without use money.

what a tough question! i really gave a thought to it, seriously i can only think of going to a print store and asking to they to scan it but you don't want a scanner so the other way i could only be taking a picture of the picture, you know with digital camera and passing the pic from the camera to computer with a cable
