Women should not be discriminated in terms of gender, and need to enjoy the rights to decide their career choices. In Islam, our woman still can work to help the economy of family without abandoning their obligation to their husband and children if they can good manage their family. But if their husband do not give her wife to work she should not work because the husband has a right to not give her wife to work for a good reason. However, the wife still can discuss with their husband to allow them to work. Muslim woman still can work and help the economy for a good reason if they still obey to their husband and keep their dignity as a wife and their family.

I think like in our country and belieft woman and man are equal in terms of working and level in the society. I never heard or read any conflict regarding discriminate about the gender. So in other culture I believe in the near future there is not gender conflict about work and soceity level. see you around
