Do u know salt is worse. I don't understand, some people say that salt will make hypertension that related to many diseases. Researchers say salt has direct effect or impact to the increasing of blood pressure. The health problem can be avoided if the food industry is able to reduce salinity until 50 percent for every food that is processed. Moreover, reducing salinity in food is not bad at all for the industry. And it can increase the quality of the food. Do u agree?

I agree in reducing salinity in food. Too much salt in food can result in some complications in the body. A little salt is enough to increase the quality and provide satisfaction in the food. Too much of something can be bad.

Many years ago I read somewhere that there is enough salt in all foods without it being necessary for us to add more. We only do so because we like the taste of it. Since then I have been using salt very sparingly and am now aware that things taste even better without adding it. Maybe the industries are all working together. They add more salt so that then we are thirsty and will buy more drinks from the companies that produce them. It is a vicious circle

You're right. Absolutely, salt increases the chances of getting a lot of diseases, most commonly, kidney disease. Salt in foods does taste good but not good if taken regularly.

Even though we do need salt for our body but if we take more than the right amount we supposed to take then it's dangerous for our health and blood pressure. I do use salt for cooking but just enough to give a taste to the food. I honestly will not leave it 100% lol but I do measure how much I take everyday. Thanks for sharing and have a nice day

Knowing the fact that excessive intake of salt causes hypertension and and related health problems,I find it difficult in changing my food habits. It should be avoided as far as possible. The risk of increased salinity leads to increased health hazard.I need to take sufficient caution in my food intake that contain more salt.Too much of salt and too much of sugar adversely affect one's health. Thanks.

Salt has been found not only causes high blood pressure but also kidney damage, although I am not in favor of eliminating it completely from the diet, it should be used only sparingly, if you cannot avoid taking too much salt, remember to drink plenty of water, it's one way of eliminating the excess from our system thru urination, exercise also eliminates excessive salt in the form of sweat
