i have a toy poodle. it became an issue to me that his fur is so long that it already covers his eyes and that some of the fur are sticking with each other. some of his furs on the back part are becoming dry. can you share some tips and info on how i can make my dog's fur healthy.

I have got two miniature poodles called Secret and Magic. A poodle is non-moulting so they need combing and brushing to prevent any matting. My dogs have their fur cut every 8 weeks by a professional dog groomer that visits my bungalow. You could trim the fur around your toy poodle's eyes. You could try adding fish into your dog's diet to make the back part less dry. It is best for you to give your dog a high quality dog food. I think you could get your dog to see a professional groomer at least four times a year. Alternatively you could cut his fur yourself bu I know that is quite challenging to do with shop bought dog fur clippers. Good luck.

I heard that fish or any seafood can help dog's fur stay healthy. I have a female Pomeranian dog named Chizka and the hair is as well my issue. I regularly feed my dog with sea foods and give regular fur brushing to avoid hair from sticking. When the fur gets to long, I would take my dog to the vet and get her a haircut. It helps.
