You need more practice. You need to read more. You need to speak to people who really know English. The more you practice a language the better you will be at it. I am not very good with Spanish, but I keep practicing it. It is never easy to learn a second language.

What is CET examination exactly? It was about English test? Well, study harder, and work harder, sooner or later, you might get that pass again. Don't too much about it then. You should be ok the next time.

I don’t think your English is bad at all koAebryant. You don’t know whether you failed until the results do come out and you may just be pleasantly surprised! It is natural not to feel too confident after stressful exams. I used to feel like you do each and every time I undertook exams and ended up not failing; I just lacked confidence. Try not to worry until you know for sure...

Firstly until you get your results you cannot be absolutely sure that you have failed so there is still hope that you have passed. I think your english is good. If you have difficulty speaking it try talking to some English speaking people if it is the written English you have difficulty how about getting some English books and try reading them? I hope this is an idea for you but also good luck in the future.
