Hi Mylotters, good day. Just now, I joined a freelance site called Freelancer.com and they have a lot of jobs to offer to users. Users have to bid on projects, which is also called jobs but I seem lost on that site. When I want to bid for a translation project, they said my funds are insufficient. If anybody is a Freelancer member, please help me and guide me along, thanks a million!

Hi guy you will bit on project which denoted "Free Trials"
Employers who haven't posted any projects are allowed to post a Trial project once. It's completely free to post a Trial project. If the project is successful, normal fees are applied. Project owners may get more qualified bids from rated providers by upgrading Trial projects to normal, paid, projects.
Are you a Service Provider? I.E. you want to find a freelancer job ?
Offer your services by placing a bid on Trial projects. Welcome our new users to the site by offering them your unique skills.
You can to a tricks
You can post a new project "I want to do translation work" then invite project owner where you saw project to do translation work and you could not submit bid due to insufficient fund your freelancer account.
you can see some projects in freelancerzone com website too

I used to be a member there but i've forgotten how the whole thing works. All i know is that i didn't get a proper work in there because i bid for some data entry job, which i got it for free. However there's a cache, i have to pass the trial in submitting 3000 codes within 7 days. I gave up after some time because i have to use their server and it's slow in loading.
