hi,it's really challenging and few examples explain in MBA courses that you might have known.
One company asks 2 sales executives to go to Africa where people don't have the habit of wearing FOOT WEAR and sell the foot wear.
One said sir,this is very difficult to sell because they don't have habit of wearing foot wear.
Another one agreed to go and said there is an ample opportunity/market to sell foot wear and i will be the first person to market,so that i can get good sales.
See the difference on understanding between them.
