Hi,
I sleep during time unless I have some important job to accomplish. Earlier I had no habit of sleeping at dat time but it creped into since I appeared for High school certificate test.
There was almost three months gap and we needed nt to go to school those days for we had to prepare for the exam. And since than as I would take my lunch I would take to my bed and sleep for two hours or so.
But unlike other I feel freshed after getting up in the evening.

I only sleep when I am sick during the day. I'll be honest, I cannot sleep unless its between the hours of about nine or so at night to about six or seven or so in the morning. Any other time, I'd just be in bed, wasting my time. Unless of course I am sick. Then it is just inevitable that I'll just crash and fall asleep.

I think it is better for you to follow your biological clock. Namely you shall sleep at night and then watch TV or use your computer at the day time. If it is not necessary, try not to stay out because it is harmful for your health. And in daytime many things will disturb your sleeping, such as the noise and so on.

I think that it's natural to sleep during the twilight hours and obviously remain awake during the day time but there are no strict rules that say this has to be the case. I used to work nights and I remember finding it so difficult as I was having problems sleeping during the day due to noise and so forth. I tend to go to bed quite late at night now and I love watching late night movies. If sleeping during the day helps you then I don't see any problem with it.
I think it all depends on the kind of lifestyle you have whether it be a busy lifestyle or a quiet lifestyle. I think it's important that you get your regular hours sleep though otherwise your body will start to send you messages to try and let you know that what you are currently doing is not that healthy! Anyway, as long as you don't feel tired then I think that it's ok to continue doing what you are doing. Andrew

The feeling of sleeping in the night and sleeping in a day time is very different, and the satisfaction is also not the same. I sleep in a day time too when I'm too tired but I make sure it is at mid day and not while it's nearing or few hours to darkness. I don't like waking up and finding out it is already dark. I love waking up in the morning and watch the sunrise before I start my day again. To me, this is normal though, a lot of people do the same. Thanks for sharing and have a nice day

You're correct about the part whereby, sleeping in the day to recover the lost time. I have lessons in school, and every tuesday, my lesson ends early and when I go back, I'll turn on my jazz and sleep for about 2 to 3 hours.

Hi,
It is not good to always sleep late at night.
Of course, you still can enjoy watching TV at night, but
try not to stay up too late everynight.
It is good that you manage to get full rest in day time.
In case if you are working, then you may not have this chance
to have a good rest.

Sleep during night is what nature intended for us. Sleep during the day is not as restful because of the hustle and bustle of other people and of course the light. So please work during the day and get fitful rest at night. You will be healthy.

My dear mukthar!
It is good to sleep in day time but do not practice doing it everyday.
Its because too much sleep especially in day time is not healthy :(
It may cause several illnesses.
And avoiding to sleep at night is not also healthy.
One of the best part when sleeping is sleeping at night.
The nature when sleeping in day time and night is different.
Night sleeping is better than Day time sleeping.
Hope you understand my post. Im not really good at english :)
Happy mylotting! :)

Nope. There are hormones in our body that is active only when we sleep at night. That's why a lot of call center agents or the one who works at night are prone to different illnesses than those who are working in day time.
