One of those three, sometimes all three can easily find out if the site is legit. Also checking Mylot discussion here with those same terms can help. IMPORTANT: Make sure to read up to date info. Lots of search engines favor older articles, so some searches may bring up info about the site from two years ago with out telling you the date it was written. There are lots of quality sites that just do reviews of sites, or are community driven review sites that cover one specific type of earning method. Find those sites and save them for regular checking. Personally, I would say this is one of the best ways to discover new sites, is with review sites. They are popular for a reason. The best way I think to find new sites, is to find some experienced people in the field of earning you want to do and follow them. Using their sites, learning what they do, can be an easy thing to duplicate and create a solid foundation for yourself to work from.
