I don't choose to but I noticed always around 9:30ish-10ish pm
I MOSTLY always get sleepy andd i just log out or stop whatever i'm doing
and fall asleep! I mean when im out partying then you know im partying.
But like on weekdays im always sleeping early.
And i dont do much on weekdays just be on the computer
from the time i wake up lol!(x
But does anyone know how to stay up longer?

I've heard from many people that a cup of tea or coffee perks you up and you can stay awake.I find if i do something interesting i can stay awake longer. If you aren't very tired you can stay awake longer. On the flip side getting to bed early is better than not getting sleep.

Hi,
However my sleeping early or later depends mostly on the Internet connection. Many time s so happens that you are up with a particular task and discover your net connection has got disrupted.
In normal situation I usually go to bed around 11;40 and get up quite late. I am planning top make certain change in my routine.

I just really go to sleep when my body tells to. Which is around nine thirty or so at night. I actually did stay up a couple of times. The only thing that I could tell you is to keep yourself occupied and your mind very alert. Well that and large amounts of caffeine and sugar tend to do the trick. Still I really have no desire to stay up past when I normally stay up.

Someone told me before, if I want to stay up late, I should eat apples rather than drink coffee. I don't know the logic behind that. It is helpful if I will review.
