What is in facebook that is not in friendster, myspace and other social networks

I was addicted to friendster before way back in college time four or five years ago, that time facebook already exist but I was not aware of its existence.I keep on connecting with my friends using friendster despite the fact the we are just in the same city, and with my friends in school too. I even invited my friends who don't know it yet to create their account for them to connect us, view our recent activities, photos, friends etc. Until time comes that those people who I invited before, my friendster friends, my relatives started using facebook already. And I switch also, I dont use already my account in friendster. What is in facebook?that is not present in any other social network?What makes it interesting to use to a lot of peoples?Whats your opinion?For me facebook is like a one stop shop, facebook got it all.

I too used to stay a lot on Friendster. But when Facebook came, I was surprised at how many things it can do. I remember in Friendster that it was all about testimonials, bulletins, adding friends, posting pictures, and sending messages. That was all it was about. But with Facebook, the wall is a vital part of getting updated with your friends. There are tagging functions, lots of fun games & appllications, you can do live chats with friends, and you can exchange messages with a few selected friends like a mini conference. The events and groups functions are very useful too in meeting old friends, acquaintances, or even doing business. Also, the security features of Facebook is very useful and can be adapted depending on the user. It's a very useful internet tool and it has redefined what social networking is.

I think in facebook it's really easy to be updated and connected with your friends.. since you immediately see what they've been up to because it's basically posted in your wall.. You also see your old pals because some of your friends can easily suggest them to you. There are tons of games too, fast and easy to access.

Yeah I do agree with you, the wall function in facebook will let us know the recent updates of our friends, some other social network dont have that function.Suggest a friend too and games are among of the best features in facebook.
