checkout microsoft.com i thinkh they have a tool in their site which scans ur hardware and tells u that which versions of vista will work on ur system

nice interfaces, lot's of security (windows always ask for your permission, even to copy paste files), great aero grafic, they have shiny buttons, got a great windows media center, faster than xp, got a nice game manager which rate all your games, got parental control to control how your children use computer (lock, game filter, logon schedule).. see my photos about windows vista desktop
