Gabriella and Bayan Muna Party Lists nothing but trouble makers

Unfortunately, it is mandated in our constitution that party-list representatives are included in our government. Of course, the party-list and the president are two different branches and occasionally butt heads in some issues. In context of the article, I would side on you becuase I felt that people should be too reliant on other people's graces. Also, if I were a squatter, I would rather go back to the province to plant something than to squeeze myself with a hundred thousand others scraping for scraps.
