Hello guys, yesterday i watched for first time the movie made about how facebook is created and it was really interesting for me. Most of the people would find it annoying may be, but for me facebook is one of the most interesting new and great ideas present days. Everyone can fine everyone, just with few clicks, because the social network is so popular in whole world.
I also liked the way they presented the creator of the Facebook, how he wanted it to be one pure and out of profit creation. First he started with collage networks, then in whole world people were pretty interested in that online social life.
What do you think about the movie? Do you like it?

I already saw that movie, "social network" indeed is a great movie to watch. Mark Zuckerberg is a genius. And I like his way of creating something fun and innovative. Facebook indeed revolutionalize the way we communicate in the internet. I would rate this movie A +.

It's not one of my favorites, but I think it deserves attention because it's about a simple guy who achieved a lot in short time because he used the idea in his mind. It's about creation, and the importance of being creative. This movie is nominated for Golden Globe awards for the best picture in drama category. For Facebook users it's a must-see movie.

Wow, what a strange comment again ... I'm starting to think that you just don't like facebook, is that true?
As we talk for creative thinking - yes, it's done in interesting way ... Also the knowledge you need to create facebook, because if we all knew how to do it, it could be done years and years ago, before that guy, March, invent it
I'm sure that here nobody knows the HTML language, so .. hard to believe that someone would low the value of something, done by a specialist

I never read something about the movie, so i don't know what people say about it at all. Just downloaded it and watched it last night during the diner. It was interesting for me, so i came here to ask for opinion and showed a part of my own point of view ...
Strange, tonight something wrong is happening with me, or with the discussion right here, i don't know
Usually that's what i do - first show my thinking, but doesn't matter.
Thanks for sharing and good night.
P.M. Just saw a mistake - not March, as i wrote earlier, Marck

A movie about Facebook? Nope, I haven't heard of that movie yet and it sounds quite interesting to start a movie about a social networking site. I reckon that will bore most people and in fact, it should have been made into a documentary, that would be perfect. A movie? I think it'll be costly. But I'm quite interested to watch it though

I am also surprised many people don't know about this movie since it's been on the cinema from three months ago and been highly hyped as the movie of our generation. At first I am also not sure going to watch this movie because it is about facebook but after knowing David Fincher, one of the finest director currently working, directed this movie, I am sure the result will be satisfactory. It surely delivers

I was not so interested until one night, when we didn't have movie downloaded on our computer, so we had to watch what we got. My boyfriend downloaded the facebook movie days ago and a friend told us it is more love story, so we decided to check it
Facebook is something greatly appreciated by me, because i left home one year ago and i live mostly in front of my computer right now, because our internet bill is around 15$ a month and if i got to leave home every day, to go out with friends, it means around 5$ every day, so internet communicating is much more cheaper, that others. In facebook i found old school mates, which i forgot that they exist, i found old friends and it's nice to have it. Thank you Boy.

Thanks for sharing friends,
Judge, i can say for myself that i was not so much interested when i heard about the movie. But what i understood while i watched it is that it's much more interesting when you look the process of the creating, because now we got MySpace, Facebook and other social networks and we take them normal like, like it's not so big deal, but in fact i would never know what my school mates do, where they are and what happened with all of them without Facebook So ... the movie touched me, for sure.
Great, i was the same like Judge, if a person is not so much interested, as a i was for movies at all, it's normal.

it is true with the media in this way can make people know better. especially on the knowledge that can make people more eager to know what is in it. and I also like the media like, because this media is made attractive to everyone and not complicate. and not to think / watch negative things because it is not good for us.

If i have to be honest friend, i don't like so much medias, because most of them are looking for scandals all the time and it's making my days and nights heavy. I don't like intrigues, but the movie is good.
It will be kind of historical after years.

It is definitely one of my favorite movies of the year, if not the decade. It just nominated for lots and lots of awards, although it's hard for me to decide which one I am rooting, Inception or social Network because I thought these two movies are brilliant. I really like the fast paced and witty dialogue, the editing was great, superb acting, and just a really great story. Although in reality it may not be like in the movie, in truth we can see how inspiring it could be watching this young people takeover the youth generation today, the feeling to be connected the whole time, about how we are being narssistic and showing what do we do, what even we just attend etc. As a movie, The Social Network succesfully capture this.

I share nearly same feelings and opinion about the movie.
First of all, it gave me motivation to start doing new things, without thinking for the big and great success, because it showed me that people never know before something happens big and popular idea.

I definitely liked the movie. When they first had this idea, I totally became so curious about it at once especially since I'm quite the facebook fan. I've had some friends watch the movie too and found the movie confusing. But in my case, I was able to understand the origins of facebook, the twists and turns along the way to its success and how the phenomenon became quite overwhelming. I loved the movie. Two thumbs up!

Ya, the story is totally true it is just based on the facebook, but it does give an interesting view of the facebook founder and the controversial it attached like the 2 court case the founder is facing. His character and behaviour how it see things are interesting to notice in the movie. Good acting also from the cast.Maybe they can win an oscar or 2 too.Interesting to know also how The Napster founder is involve in the initial stage of facebook too.

My boyfriend was interested in the Napster creator too, he told me that in the past, this person created a program for free downloading music and he was really interested to know how this guy effected to the creator of facebook. In the movie it seemed to me that the guy wanted just to do something good for facebok, like doing it popular, but in very mean and bad way ... screwing the old friends of Mark.
I like the movie too and the leading actor really much. He did a great job, even if he looked little crazy and our of any social life.

I haven't seen the movie yet but the first time I heard about it especially its title, the first thing that came up to my mind about the possible plot of the movie would be about some crime that emerged through social networking sites. This is because I have seen lots from news lately about people using social networking sites to develop crimes of different types. So I first thought the story could be from one of those news.
When I heard that the plot was actually a story about the creator of the most famous social networking site today namely facebook, I became more interested. It's not because I'm a facebook user myself but I'm actually interested how it all started. -)

Thanks for sharing your opinion friend.
I was nearly out of control thinking how people react when they watch the movie and what is their opinion, because that's the discussion about.
I like Facebook too and if something is so popular and useful for a lot of people, it means that it's good, so the way it's invented should be interesting for more people ...
Thanks for sharing and making my mood better right now. I just thought that i'm wasted with the answers i got

I havn't seen it yet and frankly don't have an intention to see it. For me, watching a movie about facebook is kind of like meeting your hero who you've admired for years in person - you're always disappointed.
At the moment, social networking has overtaken [INSERT WORD OF ADULT NATURE THAT SOUNDS LIKE WORN HERE] as the main use of internet traffic, most of which is probably facebook given how popular and viral the site is.
I would much rather just accept something great and enjoy it than let some hollywood producer make millions from a guys hard work. Come on, movies should be original.

Actually i'm not sure what are you talking about ...
The creator of Facebook is not my hero at all, also he is presented as a strange guy, who doesn't have so interesting social life, but he got great ideas and fast brain, all the time they show how this guy is judged by his best friend, because he invested the money and at the end he was without any part of the business for him.
At second time, other guys judged the inventor because he stole their idea. So it's kind of interesting for me to know more and more how everything happened.
I don't think that the movie is not original, of course everyone of us may imagine how facebook is created, but the story in the movie looks real.
