Do you have unused gift cards and want to turn them into cash?

I knew that some of us have these unused gift cards that you won't go to shopping with, or you don't have time to go there shop with. Why not make those gift cards turn into cash, but less than the face value of the card. Here is the opportunity for you if you are interest in. Check out plasticjungle.com; cardpool.com; and giftcardrescue.com. They would take your unused gift cards, and pay you at least 75% of the face value of that card. Not the full amount, but at least you got some cash back to your wallet right?

Kind of interesting... Do you know how these websites check the legitimacy of the giftcards? I would be interested in getting rid of some unwanted giftcards but I wouldn't want to hand over the cards without getting the cash for them.

I have no idea, but on plastic jungle, they would verify for you automatically. You just have to enter the merchant's name, and how much do you think you have in your gift card. Then they will process for you. On other sites, I am not sure how they would do it for you though.

If you don't want to use these sites you can always sell the gift cards on Ebay like everyone else does. Most of these sites will require you to have a minimum balance on the gift cards for it to make it easier to sell. Its a great idea for those that have unwanted gift cards.
