Belief and Faith

Do you think faith and reason are compatible when believing in God? John Locke argued that faith must be in accord with reason, even they have different "provinces" because faith cannot convince us of what contradicts our knowledge, so basically having faith in God, or any other religious deity it must not go against your own knowledge. He also says that reason justifies beliefs. With your beliefs do you just believe because you have faith or because you use your rational knowledge and faith.

Faith and belief in God can sometimes outweigh any reasoning in the world. It doesn't mean that faith and reasoning aren't compatible with each other. You need both to have balance in your life.
