suggest me a sound card and graphics card

hey guys can you suggest a good sound card and a 1 gb graphics card with reasonable price??

i am not familiar with sound cards,so i cannot give you any useful advice.
however,speaking of 1GB graphics cards, i recommend you Nvidia GTX460 1GB version,if you have enough budget. The lower level you could buy ATI HD5770 1GB version which is cheaper than gtx460.
if you are a high-level player,you could try the newest generation,which are gtx570/gtx580 and HD6850/HD6870.

As far as i know creative's sound cards are the best.And for graphics card if you have a budget of about $70 go for 9500gt or 9600gt, they are very good for gaming.And if you have a less budget you can go for 9400gt, i also have 9400gt and its going great
