How improve sales skills?

today compared tired,but I learned many things ,my classmates and I go to the mall and promotion ,learn inside do with person contact ,how about some sales methods of skill I will continue to work hard tomorrow will be better ,can you teach me some sales approach ? I want to do better.

Start reading books on this matter then apply the theory in the real world. One book that's being recommended for salespersons is Robert Cialdini's - The psychology of persuasion.
