A few years back I took a trip to Minnesota and went on a wonderful canoe camping trip through the Boundary Waters. The outfitters where we stayed have a live webcam the during the winter months often shows the local deer population feeding outside the cabins. I have added the link to this cam to one of my own websites which you can find by googling fishingwithlowell. This site is a hobby and mainly for fun. Tell me how deer you see at one time...I have seen up to eight in one frame, which by the way updates every 30 seconds. This morning however I have seen only three at one time...hope you enjoy.

Ever since I was a child I loved to watch the animals or even just sit in the woods. I have been known to go into the woods for days and do nothing but study the wild life. I have done this with my camera, my note pad, my sketch boo and now my kids. I am trying to instill a love of the wild to them and I would greatly miss it if we moved some where I couldn't do this.

I wish my kids were more interested in animals and the outdoors but they seem to be too wrapped up in video games...sigh.

I only let mine have two hours a week with the video games. I am always outside and since birth I have taken them with me. I guess they had no choice really...lol

Hiya LLS,
We have a bit of Wildlife down by a small natural Lake that there is here and although they are only mainly Ducks they are Wild Ducks so we get to see them fly off into the Air and flying off to the Southern Part of a River that is quite nearby. They fly in formation and they are really great to watch. Swans we only have two as although they have Baby Cygnets every Year and they survive too they just vanish when the colours of their Feathers are changing. We donĀ“t know if someone takes them away to another Place or kills them or what. Last year someone stole all the Eggs of the Birds down there and there were no Baby Ducks or Swans or anything how cruel of them. I love watching them all down there.
We also go past in the Car where Deer can jump out over the Road although we have not seen any as to yet they are there but deeper into the Countryside.

hi,
when I was a child I loved to watch animals or even to touch them,
I can sit under the trees for an hours enjoying what I see around me.
It is really something close to nature and natural beauty in this world.
and also relaxing while watching.

I really love to watch wildlife and on my trips overseas I have found it exciting to see wildlife. At age 20 years old I traveled to Australia and saw kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, emus, cockatoos and crocodiles. Then in my mid twenties I went on a trip to Kenya. There I saw lions, giraffes, rhinos, elephants, zebras and a leopard. When I was 29 years old I saw fairy penguins, yellow eyed penguins, hector dolphins and whales. In my thirties I have seen manatees, nurse sharks and sting rays. In my home country I have seen foxes, badgers, hedgehogs, herons and sea gulls. I like the sound of your trip to Boundary Waters in Minnesota. I would like to see the website you suggest.

Wow its great.I too have strong fascination towards wild life. I watch all the TV channels that show wild life program.
This gives me an extra strength to fight against the hostile Nature.

It is quite cool to see animals in their natural habitat in nature. It is quite the experience to say the least. I have gotten a chance to see wildlife a few times and it is a wonderous thing to behold. It is quite the experience indeed. Hopefully I get more chances to view wildlife throughout my life. It is an experience that I would hardly forget.
