Hello,
when i am angry i start to clean, this is my sure recipe of dealing with the mood. This is how i forget the reason of my madness and make empty my mind for new and different information. After an hour cleaning, i feel like a new person
Lately i'm trying to use my madness, like motivation for changing some things in my life. Like when i'm angry that money are not enough, i more motivated to earn... Bad moment in the last is that if someone else is a reason for my madness, these is nothing motivating to do to help myself.

Don't think I meant this offensive, I really respect your way of getting rid of your madness, as it doesn't involve any agression or so. It just really reminded me of Friends!

When I get angry on somebody, I avoid to talk to that person. Because I feel that I will make it bitter. So, I generlly sit alone and try to calm down by myself. I take a cup of coffee and sit and think about it. Later I go and talk to the person about it. And try to resolve it. But if something happens in meeting or a time when i have to solve the problem then and there itself, I always tell infront of them there itself if I am not the guilty one. I become very rude at that particular point of time. So, generally I avoid to speak when I get angry.

I just listen to some good music really loud, you should try it, it's sweet! Or just do some workout, pushups or something, it helps! Just get something to do and you'll easily get distracted
