How would you celebrate your 1st anniversary?

Just thought ill start this discussion up to share my ideas and thoughts with you all and hopefully get some general ideas and tips from all you as well.
Well, i've got my 1st anniversary up and ill be honest, apart from being excited about it, I'm pretty nervous too. What is the perfect place to take your partner on this day? I mean, there's so many beautiful places out there that everyone would love but what is that one right location where she would want to be on that particular day. This day only comes once so I want to make sure I even get the little details right.
You could go abroad or even find a nice spot in the UK somewhere, but the question is where? Where is that one romantic spot in this country that will make her feel like she just saw the world now.
This is an open discussion, so tell me about your thoughts guys, any ideas? past experiences? Will be good to hear about this.

You don't want to do what my wife and I did. On our first anniversary she was in Ohio, and I was in radio school in the US Army. :~D

That's a pretty interesting combination. I'm sure you guys celebrated a belated 1st year anniversary, but if it was me I would blame her just so she can make it up to me =)
