I am very negative!

Hey,guys!Recently,my mood is very low,very negative.how to actively restore it?friends,you are a mental doctor?please help me!

Why are you feeling low? What is bothering you? Maybe it is best for you to find those things out first to find a solution. I get depressed too and sometimes it's hard for me to find the reason. But it's usually there unconsciously. I try to find ways to distract myself when it really bothers me by listening to good music, reading a book, or watching TV. If this doesn't help, I write it all down.. I write that I'm sad, and if I know why, I write why and it helps me to release. I might draw pictures too...

Well, I'm not a Mental Doctor but I've resolved many of my friend's depressed moods and negative attitudes. First thing that you need to do is whenever you receive any task you must think that you are more than capable yourself to do the task perfectly i.e. you have to be self-confident. Secondly whenever you feel that you will not be able to do something, always do those stuffs that you are good at. For example, if you play games very good, or cook very well, play music very well, sing very well or anythng else, then do that thing and you will regain your self-confidence. Thirdly and most importantly, whenever you have any task ahead of you, don't look at it as a task but as your hobby. Like I mentioned earlier, if you are good at playing games, cooking, singing, playing music, then look at your task in the same manner. That's all I can say for now. Hope it'll help ya!!!

i am also very negative and get low and depressed. when it gets really bad, i try and spend time around someone thats upbeat and laughs about things. thats my son. he always makes me feel better. and he reminds me of great things ive done. which helps with confidence.

doing exercise every morning , try to see your self after take a bath in the mirror tell " i am good, i always good and going to be a good one) with smile, listen an motivational audio and read some good motivational book, take a walk every weekend try !! you can get more advantages from it

friend i am not a mental doctor.but i can suggest i do when i am low..you can go to a holiday vacation with your friends to some where near beach play beach volleyball or football or whatever you like.do something which makes your heart to feel happy.i do this.sometime i go to a car garage where we have made a band.we practice music whole the.and i get to high again..

I am not a doctor, but when I start to think negative thoughts I try to see some positive in what ever I am thinking negative about. Positive thinking makes you feel better and there is always something positive in what ever situation you are in. I find when I am negative and stay negative I get more and more depressed. The key is to turn your negative thinking to positive thinking. I hope this helps. I will keep you in my prayers that you will feel better soon.:)
