always happy

There are many ways to make the heart is always happy,with singing,joking,picnics,listening musuc,dance etc. People who are always happy to look more charming than complain. how do you make a heart so happy? thank you

It's easy to be happy by not expecting too much, have too high of expectations and mostly importantly, be content with simple life. When we are living in a simple way, we are more likely to be happy because anything out of our usual, is considered extra bonus for us, and that would be enough to make us smile, laugh heartily. The secret to happiness is not being greedy.

way I can make the heart is always happy: 1. smile 2. not to think about sad things 3. hanging out with friends 4. frolic 5. calm heart It is my way to be always happy.
