Ever tried counting sheep jumping? Or mention the list of celebrities who go to jail to be asleep but are not successful? Often feel tired because it was difficult to sleep at night so fondle refrigerator looking for food? If so, maybe you are a victim in the night eating syndrome.

hi,
i think its natural to us to eat in the midnight,
and this is not a syndrome of eating,
we can also avoid this,
try to eat late in the evening maybe 2 hours or three hours before we go to bed.
and let us see if still you will hunger.

Hello Cssidiuyz,
I have this bad habit of eating if i can't sleep at night, sometimes i ended up eating too much i know this is not good but can't help it :(. Well i don't have plans to go to a doctor and tell this problem of mine maybe i just need to discipline myself somehow. :d

Syndrome, in medicine and psychology, is a collection of several clinical characteristics, signs, simtoma, phenomenon, or characters that often appear simultaneously. This collection can convince a doctor in diagnosis.
