How about trying some essential oils such as wintergreen, peppermint, lavender and ginger . These are well-known for their ability to help people coping with headaches. If smelling the oils does not make your headache go away, try rubbing a few drops of oil into your temples and the base of your neck.

Well some headaches can be caused from a certain type of lighting or being on the computer, staring at the screen too long. Sometimes they are just caused from the foods we eat, lack of sleep, or sometimes hormonal or maybe just needing to get your eyes examined to see if you need glasses or a new set of glasses as well. All I can say is in reality there is no real cure-all for them but learning what causes them and being able to work around them helping to prevent some of them is the Best measure overall.

I could not suggest any medications for headache, but I have been told that "meditation" certainly helps in relieving headache. There have been cases where people get relieved of migrains. I used to suffer from headaches before too, but since I started practising meditation regularly, I do not get headaches any more.

Lol since you say you have headache after watching tv or working on computer, first reduce it, in between you take rest, close your eyes, wash them with cold water, i am sure it helps..
the pills will give temporary relief only, better to avoid them..
Thank you so much for sharing.
