I know how upsetting it is to have your discussions deleted. Please understand that those of us who care are trying to respond to as many of your discussions as possible so that you will enjoy this site. But I am not the mylot police and do not always look for rule violations in those discussions, this means I get deleted also and waste my time. Please read the rules again so that those of us who respond can do so whole heartly. Thank you.

The ones who need to listen are mostly the ones who won't because they are the ones who jump right in here with a promotion as soon as they have signed up.
There should be a place where certain discussions can be "pinned". If you want to see how to use MyLot, want to post a query about 'scambux' ("Is it legit???") or simply want to record your favourite ice cream flavour, that would be the place to do it.
Mostly, I'd regard it as the fence on which farmers hang all the vermin (to discourage the rest) but those oft-repeated questions like "How do I make money here?" and "Why have my earnings decreased?" or "Wa-hey! I got paid!" could reside.

Thank you for posting this discussion. Been willing to post something like this for a long time, i just forget. Yeah, i also look out for those discussions that has a high probability of getting deleted and avoid them. I don't want my earnings decreasing suddenly. We are all targetting a deadline here and (cliche coming in) every cent counts.

Hello front visions.
That's the sad part for newbies, they make a discussion with out being aware how wrong it is and all of a sudden it gets deleted. That's very sad I think, but to some determind lotters, they tend to stay and do earn their own thing. Yeah, I know what you're talking about. Well, I have reached my pay out so that's fine by me.

Hello bhanusb,
you can always make a new one. Of course, make sure the discussion isn't prone to being reported. It's not always about reading the guidelines but also getting the feel whether the discussion is a violation or not. If you think of a topic and all of a sudden you might think it's a violation then that's the time you stop making the topic before it is submitted. The best way is research it first. If there's none then you can make one.

I am always helping newbies out as well, and get my earnings cut like others do. It isn't all that much anyway, and I would much rather help them then let them continue and end up getting more discussions deleted, and more earnings cut. I do get frustrated at those who just jump right in and start posting without any regards to the rules or guidelines. That is what they are there for to read, and if only they would do that, they would avoid a lot of the deletions that have been happening lately. It seems like I am getting one notification after another that my respnse was deleted. I don't mind helping others, as that is what we are told to do, but it is also getting repetitive to have to tell them not to post referral links in the discussion. I have seen a lot of repeated discussions as well, and sometimes that can be hard, coming p with a discussion that no one else has thought of. that is one reason I don't start all that many, as I just can't think of anyt good topics. Anyway, I will continue to help others, but I hope, that they start helping themselves, and read first. Good luck to you and Merry Christmas.

Hello Rosekiss,
When I was a newbie, I didn't know what was it all about. I was like a mylotter for like ten months in my old account and I still act like a newbie. All that changed when I made a discussions that caused some lotter to report me and have the admin delete my account which I thought it was just suspended. It's hard to make new topics now a days just to avoid making similar discussions. Am happy that you are helping others. Have a great day.

Well, some of us simply come here to earn money, and not really care about the rule description. If one of my discussions is deleted, I would just let it go, and start another one. I hope that people won't take such a big fuss about it.

"Well, some of us simply come here to earn money,"
You don't earn money here for starting topics and never going back to comment to those who respond

This is the attitude that doesn't help, if you post like this and I spend my time responding, then your discussion gets deleted, not only do you lose but all of us who responded do also. All together that can add up to quite a bit of money. But that is not the point, the point is it's just rude to do this with no regard to others. Please give this some thought.

Hello Kingparker,
I find this completely disturbing, I was half like that and it cost me my old account. What makes you think you're going to be exempted? People who have been here will make fuss about it because they knew each other for so long that once they notice you contantly been violating the rules, others will be notified and check you out. Well, if you do still have that kind of “I don't care attitude” then you're not the person I should take my time to respond with.

This is a great reminder Pat, not just to those of us that are new to the site. It is also a reminder that is very nice to get for those of us that have been here for a longer period of time. Another thing that newer members need to know about making sure that their discussions are not things that are likely to be deleted is that when they post quality discussions, they are more likely to have more responses to their discussions.
