sometimes i find very hard to sleep because im realy stressed and i have a lot on my mind, but all i need to do is turn on some music, so my mind slips into music and i fall to sleep. but my dad requires total silence to fall to sleep, while my mum needs music all the time so i think that the sleeping capability is transfered with genes. my sister on the other hand can fall asleep no matter what. what bout you ? how do you solve sleeping dissorders or how do you relieve stress

I'll listen to music for 5 to 15 minutes then turn it off. I'll cover my head with pillow so there will be silence. Eventually, I will fall asleep. If I can't sleep still, I'll switch on the computer and tire my eyes. After some minutes, I'll be sleepy.

Hi, For a good sleep you need to be stress free. There are so many ways that you can minimize your stress before going to be. Meditation is one, a little heavy food and think no serious issues. You will surely get your sleep.

heavy food is not good for sleeping because itll digest slow and you might have some stomach aches in the morning but please tell me how to stop thinking about serious issues
