sometimes i find very hard to sleep because im realy stressed and i have a lot on my mind, but all i need to do is turn on some music, so my mind slips into music and i fall to sleep. but my dad requires total silence to fall to sleep, while my mum needs music all the time so i think that the sleeping capability is transfered with genes. my sister on the other hand can fall asleep no matter what. what bout you ? how do you solve sleeping dissorders or how do you relieve stress

I'll listen to music for 5 to 15 minutes then turn it off. I'll cover my head with pillow so there will be silence. Eventually, I will fall asleep. If I can't sleep still, I'll switch on the computer and tire my eyes. After some minutes, I'll be sleepy.

Hi, For a good sleep you need to be stress free. There are so many ways that you can minimize your stress before going to be.
Meditation is one, a little heavy food and think no serious issues. You will surely get your sleep.
