anyone seen those russ dolby ads on t v winning in the cash flow business? It is a scam from the get go. I paid for the high dollar course with all the trimmings over 1500.00 to find out they just leave you stranded. not to mention that in most state it is against the law to put buyers and sellers together without a real estate lic. I ran the ads they sent us i did the mailing list things the whole nine yards. I took the course and passed them with fairly high scores. and never made a penny. I with put property on the site and never got so much as anyone to look at it. so don't waste your time or money. It is just another way that the rich sucker the middle class person out of more money to line his own pocket.
