How Long Shold i eat before i go to gym ?

Guys i eat daily home meals. nothing special like juices or fruts. i wanted to know long long should i w8 after eating before i go to gym ? i life weights.Should i wait 2 hours or 1 hour or 1.30 is enough ? i have good amount of body fat and 6 feet height and i am not looking to lose my weight or fat i am just looking to build up my body. muscularity. pls let me know if any 1 knows it

It really depends on what you are going to eat prior to going to the gym. However, I believe in no more than 1 hour prior. This because you don't want to be totally empty while working out, this can cause you not to feel so good. However, if you eat to close to time, you may feel sluggish or weighed. I have also found that certain foods are better than others to eat prior to workout. This is because your goal is to burn fat and not just sugar. Also with building muscle you really want to eat more protein. Hope this helps!

I think that depends on what food you eat. If you eat heavy food then you can wait for a couple of hours like 1 or 2 but if you eat fruits then 30 minutes is enough to relax before going to gym. Do not forget to do stretching.
