I had to spend Christmas eve all sick and weak. My body ached so bad and my throat hurt from too much coughing. I had a fever and was shivering the whole night. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the night with my relatives. It could have been worse! How was your Christmas everyone?

Pretty Good Actually. The usual Christmas like being with the family and relatives.. Don't worry I also had that last 2 Christmas ago and believe me it feels like I'm secluded. But then you realize that people come to visit your room and asks you if your okay and still they insist you eat drink and chat with them.. It just shows that they still love seeing you in Christmas eve. Cheers!

Hi dear
So sad to hear from you. How do you feel now. If you have body pain and throat pain, hold hot water on mouth and have bath on tolerable hot water for more time. If got fever, need to wait. It can be of heavy cold and change in climate. You need rest and proper medication. However, if you can get a small piece of ginger, just keep it in the mouth for 3-4 hrs and let it be in your mouth for a long time. You will feel relaxed and the throat pain may get reduced slowly. If fever continues, you may suggest to visit a doctor because it should not get affected with some malaria or the sort.
Wish you good health and happy Xmas & New Year.
Please take care.

Feel sorry for your health condition on Christmas eve. Good that you still managed to have a good time with your family.
My Christmas was quite nice, I had a chance to spend quality time with my family and also received some gifts, which made me quite happy. It was a day well spent.
