God has in all his wisdom has given you a lesson. The way to save money is to save after you have enough for food and other requirements. You tried to starve to save and so you have put your body to pain. That is not good. Find other ways to get money and be healthy at the same time. Good luck!

You have to hold hungry to raise money, it's not good. If you are sick, it would be much money will you spend. You have to think about this. If you are unable to donate, you better tell the truth, to your family. I am sure your family understands, and understands your situation.

My personal opinion my friend indahfth is that planning is a sign of hope. God disposing is a sign of acceptance. So I understand what you are feeling as so many of us face the same on daily basis. I surely hope you are having a wonderful Christmas my friend with all your loved ones.

God work mysteriously, we cannot see the future, but as long as we depend on God, we will always protected by God. According to your story, God has another plan which is it will be best for you. It is not like God don't want to you to repair your motorcycle, but God want you to hep your family.

So I think you should continue to have hope in your planning, and then follow it with trusting acceptance that God knows best. I am telling this advice to myself at the same time.

Sometimes we do feel in life that God is not helping us,but actually he is always there to help us. If something is going wrong in life then it is time to see our thoughts. Unconsciously sometimes we say or think negative things and they start happening. The moment we start thinking positively all sorts of positive things start happening. So instead of planning start the day with thanks to God that you are still alive, rest he will take care.

It is true for life, all the things we plan do not always come to fruition because God is controlling our destiny and we only plan as youwell said it. We have to pray that God allows oour plan to bear fruit as we will always strengthen our faith in God. Sometime we are thinking than God ruin our plan, but actually in every circumstances happening to us God has purpose in you and me.. Very true. This is the reason why I have stopped making plans. God is definitely a better planner than me. I just try to control my emotions and take the shock a bit mildly and then move on. Life is a book and you read a chapter of it everyday. Nothing is our hands really. We are just mere puppets with brains to think and hands and legs to act.

hello indahfth, sometimes, money is diverted to other more priority needs. i too have been saving for a new computer because anytime now i was told by the technician, this old computer i am using might crash. how old this is? nearly 7 years now. husband contributed so i could buy but it wasnt enough yet so i had to add some more. in the middle of the saving process, my daughter suddenly got ill.. she was having difficulty breathing hence i needed to bring her to the hospital. but i didnt have extra money. so this saving was used. i am on my second time - saving. i wish to reach the amount so a new computer can be bought. am praying so hard God not to change the plan. merry christmas friend, ann
