Need your ideas for my new business..

Well. I've been off for a long time. I was setting up a business on my own. I have completed almost all formalities, except a few. I need ideas regarding fixing the price for the product. (If Indian mylotters can contribute to my discussion, I will be happy. It will help me a lot.) My product is a service. Customers have to enroll with me paying some fees. (Not fixed yet.) The enrolled customers can recharge any prepaid cellphone or DTH from their existing cellphone. They will get 3% commission on all the recharge done from their cellphone. (Or they can even open a Mobile recharge shop with their existing single cellphone.) Now, I need ideas from you, how much I can charge for the above service? (The same service is already done by some people. They charge around INR 2000. I am thinking of fixing a lesser price, but should be nominal for me and my customers.) All your input are appreciated.
