which kind of movie do you like most..?

now days i go for oscar winning movies and oscar nominated movies... I personally like action movies and along with it i watch the Oscar winners and nominees.. You know, they bring out an excellent story and u will never be disappointed after watching it and moreover u will have some feelings about the film for more than a week after watching it!!!!

I like a variety of movies. I enjoy comedies, romantic comedies, certain action movies, thrillers, sci-fi, animated and children's movies....pretty much anything except for scary movies, movies that have a lot of violence or swearing.

I guess it depends on what kind of mood I am in sometimes I like to watch scary movies but it is hard for me to watch them alone I still get scared of the boogey man L.O.L. But mainly I like movies like Man on Fire with Denzel Washington, I guess that is action? Not sure. Anyway have a Merry Christmas!!

I love the movies as they take you away from reality. Trying to decide on a favorite type is just impossible. It depends on the mood of the day. Some days I want action and lots of it. Many times I like to just go see a mindless comedy. Always like to see the movies critics say are likely to become academy award winners. A good thriller always makes me appreciate how well off I am. Period movies remind us of how it was or is might likely be. Children's movies are nice because they usually have a positive uplifting message with a lesson to be learned. Like I stated in the beginning, I just love movies.

Speaking of movies, I really really love comedy-drama movies and also science fiction movies. Comedy-drama movies are really good because i can relate my real life with those movies. Also, science fiction movies are also interesting because it talks more about science inventions and many amazing unusual discoveries.

I don't watch many movies but when I do I like science fiction most of all. Not stupid stuff but something of a serious nature. I think that is my choice because I it allows me to escape from the world I am in for a while and just enjoy someone elses imagination. But that can be said for any type movie, can't it. So I will say I don't really know why I like Science Fiction, I just do :) I don't like romance movies or mindless comedies. But I do like some of the old classics... African Queen, The Quiet man, Arsenic and Old Lace (a great old comedy) I can just enjoy them for the nostalgia. I do sometimes like some adventure movies for the pure adrenaline rush, the excitement of sitting on the edge of your seat, not knowing what will come next. I do find it hard to sit through movies most of the time. I can't sit still that long with out doing something else. Unless I'm sick then I can just watch movies all day and do nothing else.

I am usually comfortable with documentary, wild life, and horror! Thses make me follow a movie with concentration

Although I enjoy action movies, I think my favorite kind is romantic comedy. My mood at the time can make a difference, but I like romantic comedy, even when real life is neither romantic or comedy.

I like horror and romantic movies more. Even suspense movies is liked more due to its suspense till the end. We keep guessing who would be the person and atlast someone else other than your expectation will be the victim.

at the past I like to watch romantic movies like those Taiwan or Korean romantic movies, because I always think if in real world would we find the person that love each other so deeply? and I will jealous of those lovers at the end they have nice a happy life together, but now seems what kinds of movies for me is not important anymore, only they has to be an English,haha because I have to improve my poor English.

horror movies have always been my favorite. the most recent movie ive watched is titled Alone. its a thai horror filme.

I like almost all kinds of movies except horror movies,I don't want to frightened myself.

I like horror movies very much. The reason is that horror movies are full of unexpected stories happened in the movies from the start to the end.You may be suddenly frightened by those horrible scenes without any preparation. But after that , you will fee so excited and impressed by it.Because sometimes people need some simulations after hard working or study. I can feel very relaxed by watching horror movies. Unlike other types of movies such as love movies. You will find that different stories in the love movies usually have similar ending. You will get your result before the horror movies finished. But different horror movies have different stories and ends.

i always like to laugh and be happy so usually comedies are on top of my movie list and some times adventures with some scenes of comedy like pirates of the caribbean trilogy/...
