How do you cure your headache or migraine without drinking paracetamols?
What made you decide not to drink any paracetamols or medicine intake?
How often do you have your headache?
Why do you encounter this kind of illness?
I really used to drink medicines or paracetamols so that it can cure my headache faster. I have been doing that since I was in elementary up to college. Then my boyfriend told me that I should not be dependent to the medicines or else it won’t be cure faster just in case I am doing other ways to cure my migraine. So I decided not to take it that is why it could depend on what type of headache that I am having, sometimes I just need to sleep. Then there are times that I am drinking hot tea, softdrinks, eating hot and spicy soup especially the JAMPONG of Lucky Me. It was actually effective though it took so long before my headache cures. There are times that I really need to vomit so that it will decrease my illness of having headache during that day.

Paracetamols and other pain relievers can cause great damage to your kidney. So be careful on in-taking them. I do suffer from this especially during period. Why? Because as lose more blood in our body, we lack more oxygen in the brain. Remember, blood carries oxygen all throughout our system. A friend introduced me a patented technology that helps you inhale 15-20% more oxygen plus increases the flow of oxygen to your brain. It's my display picture. It has 6072 negative ions. Our body needs atleast 1000 of these to become healthy and normal. During these days and age, our environment has lesser counts of negative ions because of pollution/pollutants also known as positive ions. Have you ever seen the difference when you're in a city and in a province/forest? You feel more relaxed and calm. But on office areas at most times, you feel headaches etc? Because rural areas has cleaner air/more negative ions. So whenever I feel sting on my headache, I patch that strip on my head or mix it on water to be drank and it quickly goes away.

Best thing for headache is just to ignore it. If we take medicines, we will get addicted to medicines, so best option is not to take any medicines or drink any medicines. Drinking hot tea / coffee is a good remedy for headache. I generally get headaches in the morning and then later it goes off.

I have heard of true cases of how people got cured of migraine. You might have heard about it too. I personally have not had the migraine problem. One excellent way people got rid of migraine is "Meditation". There was one person who have had migraine problem for many years, and after he practised meditation for about a year, it just disappeared. You might want to try that !

Hello friend, i'm trying to eat less fat food, i believe that's the reason for the headache. I'm not sure it's 100% true, but for me it works great and when i have headache i always try to eat some fresh fruit to feel better. If the headache is too strong, i drink pills. But i have friend, girl, who has mint in her bag and she is wearing it everywhere she goes. It's lotion with hard consistence of mint and when she feels pain in her head, she put some of the lotion on her forehead and for her that helps a lot. For me that smell is too strong, so fresh orange or some juicy fruit is the best decision.

It's better to start identifying the cause to get rid of or treat it easily. Do you have eyesight problems? Do you have enough or over sleep? Do you skip meals? Do you think too much? Does a bad smell triggers the headache? Know yourself better. Try to observe what could be the possible reasons to avoid it from occurrence.
However, I cure the headache when it's already there by just taking a nap or drinking green tea.

Medicines cannot even cure the headache or migraine, it can just ease or lessen the pain. Your boyfriend is right, you should not be dependent on medicines because they are not actually a cure. What you need to know is the cause and what triggers the headache or migraine.
When you finally know the cause, then there are ways to prevent it or to ease it. For example, if the cause is hormonal imbalance or during menstrual period, you just need to take a rest or sleep or take hot tea and avoid sweets, fatty foods, spicy foods or any high in protein foods.
If the cause of your headache or migraine is strained eyes, then stay away from bright lights, computer or watching tv, etc....
Never eat heavy foods when you have migraines. It has to be high in iron when the cause is hormonal. But best way is sleep.

I too suffer with migraine, not regularly, but they are awful when they occur. I once had one that lasted for 3 days, I had severe vomiting with it too. I was taken to hospital where I was given some advice by one of the doctors. He told me that as soon as I feel a migraine or headache coming on, to place something cool on the nape of my neck(a face cloth soaked in cold water and well wrung out seems to work best)and to lie down in a darkened room for half an hour or so. It certainly seems to work for me. Good luck!

Whwbwer a headache is bothering me, ther only seems to be one thing that helps me out. Relaxing and takking an aspirin is what I do to heal me.

Well, it depends on what is the cause of your headache. In my case medicines for the headache don't do any effect in me anymore, so I had to learn to find other ways to get rid of them -I could eat a full box of ibuprophen and the headache wouldn't go away-.
For example, if you notice that you have stiff shoulders/neck/back, it can be the origin of a headache, and the more stiff your muscles are, the most your head will hurt. In that case I recommend a massage for your muscles. As the tension dicreases, the headache does so too.
Also there are pressure points that work for some people, like in the hands or in the ears. This is different for each person, so I hope you can find the best method for you

hello metatronik!
i usually just take a rest and have someone massage my head and shoulders to ease the pain. however, if after sometime the pain is still unbearable i try to drink black coffee or anything hot and i try to avoid noisy areas and places where the noise grates my ears and my head seems to pop up every time the noise breaks in. sometimes too, i try to put some cold compress on my head to dull the pain. if nothing is still working after every option has been exhausted, that's the time, i take painkillers or paracetamols to ease the pain.

I get terrible migraines, and sometimes just eating something, drinking lots of coffee, or taking a nap will cure it, but other times, it's just not enough. When the headache has gotten so bad that I have to make something, I usually take ibuprophen, which seems to help a great deal--especially if I take it with more coffee. Drinking huge amounts of water sometimes helps, too.
