I wouldn't know how to exploit such things... I do know more than the average cell phone user about how to make calls at much cheaper prices than normal. One tip is if you're calling to another country first check if there's a phone number you can call that makes your calls cheaper. We do have that in Holland and that way you can call to USA for 5 cents per minute instead of several 10's of cents or euros, even.

I better take advantage of bugs that to access the Internet with relatively low cost freeeven when in transit. or at home using gsm modem. things that you mentioned seems interesting,whether it be in use in my country??
