new new york knicks

First off merry christmas to all. I have just finished watching the new york knicks play the Chicago Bulls. It has been really nice to watch the knicks this year. They are very competitive in their games and it looks likes they can make the playoffs. I would like to know if you think the knicks can compete with the elite teams in a playoffs series. Most people say they really can't compete with the celtics and the Heat. I think they can because they have a totally different team from last year, the only have three players on the team from last year. Amare Stoudiamire has been awesome. Would like to know what you think about the knicks.

i don't feel Amare Stoudiamire can continue to carry his team in the playoffs and expect to compete with the other top teams in the east such as boston or miami. there just too dependent on him. such reliance on one player such as amare will eventually take its toll on him in the playoffs. he needs more help.

Merry Christmas too, anyway so glad that you are happy with the way the knicks played,and New York had always been my second team in the NBA after the Boston Celtics that I have been cheering for ever since I was a kid a long time ago, that was still during the time of Bill Russel and John Havlechek.
