Iam a coffee lover and I drink 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day since I was a teenager. But lately I noticed that i find that Iam having a headache when ever Idont drink my usual dosage of coffee. Is there a connection between coffee and my headache.

It is because you are now addicted to the caffeine. When I cut back on my coffee I too get a bad headache. I drink 4-6 cups per day. I love it.

I also like coffee, but I don't consume it in such large amounts. I usually drink a cup or two every day. I haven't experienced any health problems which would result from drinking coffee so far, I think it's because I don't drink that much coffee. However, I think that there might be connection between drinking coffee and headache you have. I think it's because caffeine, because it has a strong effect on our organism. Perhaps you should lower your daily dosage of coffee. Can't help you that much with your problem.

I am a coffee drinker too and same as you are I feel weak every time I am unable to drink the usual amount of coffee that I take. But that is only in the mind because you get used and immuned to it. 5 cups of coffee is too much I mean too much caffeine in the body is not good. Try to lessen it but not an abrupt way of lessening it so that your immunity can adjust.
Now that I am home and that my grandma prepares a brewed coffee, it makes me drink more mug of coffee. ..When I get back to my place, I have to lessen it to a 1 big mug of coffee in a day.

Yup, that is a withdrawal symptom which means you are addicted.

I also like drinkin coffee, specifically brewed. I like going downtown in Starbucks just to drink my daily dose of caffeine. They offer nicely mixed coffee. I know their coffee is a bit too expensive but it's worth it for me. The taste is just different from homemade coffee, or rather frontvisions-made coffee. Lol
