The term "stress" is not a new vocabulary that we know. Since sticking a hot topic in the 80s, the term has now become part of the public conversation of everyday life, especially family. If stress is a part of everyone's life today, and how young families need to respond?

Humans have different ways and ability to cope with stress. Stress effects also vary depending on the dose. A little stress, life seemed bland, no challenge. Too much stress, so it can not confuse anything. Fit is stressful enough, make us the spirit, the performance can be improved. For example, if the deadline is approaching the task, it seems we become more clever and industrious.
But the cumulative effect of stress. That is, if the stress of yesterday has not been eliminated, the stress now is the amount of stress yesterday added a new stress. Well, one's mental abilities vary in overcoming stress. If stress has to exceed this limit, there could be a mental breakdown.
So, stress can be helpful (good or not huh?) and can be dangerous. Hence, stress should be on 'Manage' - stress management. Hopefully helpful.

stress indeed occurs in human life, and stress can also make people upset. and as for how to cope with stress issues, namely:
* we do a lot of thinking bout problems
* not too much daydreaming
* recreation to entertainment venues
* did a lot of positive things with other people
* enjoy acting like there is no problem
maybe this could solve the problem of stress

You have rightly said stress has increased now compared to a few decades ago. The western lifestyle has moved far away from family to family less individuality. They find partners just for fun; success rate of marriages continues to decrease. The biggest casualty is the "Kids". They never experience the safety and security of family atmosphere. Most have to also deal with new "dads" or "moms". So effectively the kids grow in a similar way as animals raise their young ones.

Now a day's all most all are choosing nuclear family to live. Because of that this younger generation is facing more stress. They should take care about their family and work. It is quite difficult to manage.
Before, all the family members use to live together;there was a chance to share their problems, feelings and work.
Many more people don't know to manage their time this will increase their stress and leads to many complications in the family.
