i just want o ask can i send money if i dun have a credit or debit card to register Ikobo. how to cash out the money in Ikobo?

it is a online bank to cash out from mylot. you can try to go to this webside. https://www.ikobo.com

Or 2 get a paypal account ... but also u need a credit card i guess...

yes. it need creadit card as well. ithink is time for me to apply a debit card or credit card.
