Well for me it would have to be washing dishes I just hate that and it's just not once everyday, but two times and they get really piled up and nobody helps me I am like the only sibling that does it and it just gets really annoying and I get tired of picking up after everybody because everybody expects me to clean their plates off and to take them to the sink because than they will just leave them just lying around really frustrating it puts a lot of stress on me. Soon I will be going back to college for my winter classes and I have to wake up at five a.m. through 2:05 p.m. and than I have to learn how to drive, I have to get a job and than washing dishes no fun at all.
Today I got extremely upset because nobody helps me clean. The other chores aren't really bad, but that one really takes the cake I wish my dad would get a dish washer, but than the soaps for it are expensive and sometimes dish washers don't exactly clean so I guess I am pretty much stuck with this horrible chore unless I get a job save up and move out because I just don't want to deal with it no more. So yeah my question is pretty simple and that would be which chore do you not like doing and I mean the one that you just can't stand. Also I know that this is the worst chore because I do have nightmares of dishes just stacked up really horrible imagine a family of 6 and washing dishes it gets really bad.

Dishes are a pain, but the chore I hate the most is doing laundry. It just never ends! You can avoid dishes for a day if you eat out or at a friend's house, but you wear clothes every day and so make laundry every day. Add in 2 growing boys and a spouse, and I feel like I have mountains of clean and dirty laundry just waiting for me all the time!!!!

Really terrible that must be a nightmare although in my household everybody does their own laundry because if they don't than they won't have anything to wear and they don't want that so everyone washes. Maybe you should start doing the same that everybody washes their clothes because than they won't have clean ones to wear it's what my mom did and it worked for her still I always washed my own clothes even before that.

I do not like vacuuming, but that is because the areas that need vacuuming never stay all clear so I can just run the machine. It also may be that I do not like the noise it makes, either. It does sound like your family is being a bit rude, and lazy not even clearing their plates or rinsing them. I am sorry that this just piles up for you.

Hello GardenGerty. Other than washing dishes, my other pet hate is also vacuuming, for the same reasons that you mention. My home is a flat, with a lot of furniture. It takes forever to move everything out of the way so that I can get on with the job. If I had loads of bucks I'd get a housekeeper in daily to do the whole damn household chores. Housework is a grind, and it sucks.

Well, for me , washing dishes is not as bad as ironing. I used to like ironing but when I was much younger but now with 2 kids and hubby having to wear long sleeve shirts to work from Monday to Friday, I really dread the ironing of the shirts. I will normally let the shirts pile up until I can't take it anymore and iron at least five shirts in one go.

It sounds very exhausting. Try to make them do it even once. I love to wash dishes, i am very quick with them but i know other people don't like it.
The most unpleasant task is washing the floors. I just can't do it when anyone is around. So i wait when everyone is out and start to do it. It takes whole day, and doesn't last more then two or three days(
So i guess washing the floors.
Try make your father understand that washing machine is a must. You are important too. If you are going to the collage, it will be hard to keep an eye on the home. What about others, make them help you. And they probably use too many dishes. They can at least be more economic about them, try to explain it.
Even if once they do the dishes, it will make them be more careful with them in the future, i am telling from experience. They start to use them more carefully after that.

Washing floors my mom doesn't like that chore because than everybody will be stepping on the floor so before she starts she tells everybody to stay where they want to stay and to not go onto the floor till she is finished. They do use a lot of dishes I have already tried telling them not to use so many, but they just don't care since their the ones that are worry free because I am the one that has to wash them so they don't care. I hate it though my dad never tells my sister anything because she is a spoiled cranky girl that likes to get her way.
Makes one angry, but in the end I just have to wash them everyday and I remember when I was in my classes it was horrible to come home to that I was really exhausted I had huge bags under my eyes not looking forward to it one bit. Since I start school next Monday really going to be a disaster.

It's true washing the dishes is really annoying me, because every after meal I have
to wash the dishes, having two sons lazy on washing the plates and I have nobody to
help me. Another chore i hate is to iron the clothes after ironing the clothes, should be off to water for several hours.

Hi Anime,
You poor thing, it really do seem as if you do have your plate full, excuse the pun.I don't understand, are you the only child in the home that is old enough to wash the dishes? If not, why don't you all take turns in cleaning the kitchen. I don't hate to wash the dishes because I like seeing everything clean and put away, however, if I had a house full of people enjoying themselves while I slave away cleaning I would be furious too. My worst chore is shopping and then coming home and having to unload the trunk of the car, I hate that with a passion.

I hate doing the dishes, too. As I have a family consisting of a husband and three little boys and I can't even imagine them doing the aforementioned chore, I end up doing them three times a day excluding those snack times when I have to use some plates and please don't get me started with the glasses as they always seem to be thirsty and glasses pile up in the kitchen sink.

Chores aren't really worst. But, I really hate cleaning the car everyday. I clean it, it rains and it is all dirty again. I really hate this feeling.

The chore that I cant stand doing is cleaning the dog'S feces if when I get home and find out that everybody in the house just forgot to take the dog for a walk.

Taking out the trash and having to vacuum really bug me for some reason. I feel irritated whenever I have to do these chores. I really have no idea why I hate these chores... I just do.
I am fine doing laundry or cleaning but when it comes to those two chores, I don't know what is wrong. I just hate those chores.

I find dishes for me is no biggy really, as I try to do them all as I am cooking, this way when we are done eating I simply have to do the ones we are using.
The absolute chore I despise is throwing out the trash and in fact my boyfriend and I when we moved in together, although he is very self sufficient as he will do his own laundry, cook, clean and do dishes. I told him that I did not mind doing absolutely nothing but the throwing out of trash. LOL..
He looked at me as if I were weird as he said he did not expect me to do a thing. Well naturally I have done everything except throw out the trash as it is one of my pet peeves.
Funny he left out of town for 2 weeks and I had to throw out the trash, one day I phoned him and told him I had to throw out the trash and we both laughed as it is so silly, but I hate it.

I hate doing the dishes. I don't have to do often just whenever my parents or whoever is busy.... but I don't like wearing latex gloves on my hands. They feel funky. We don't have a dish washer.

Living alone (and being single) there are not many dishes to wash, as you can imagine, ANIME123. Yet, washing dishes is my number one hate, even worse than cleaning. Usually I leave the dishes till evening, and though there is not nearly as many dishes to wash as a family would have, I can hardly make myself do them - after all, the television is on, and there are books to read, the Internet to surf. There are nights when I don't wash them, and then I've got to face them in the morning. Let's face it...if we had no dishes (period) we'd have much more to complain about.
