Paypal Issues

I was so surprise yesterday when I logged in my yahoo account only to be told that I have withdrawn two amounts and paid these to two persons. I did not authorized this withdrawal. When I chatted with friends on another site they tell me that my paypal account was hacked. I was fuming mad since not only I was cheated of dollars that I sweat and worked for, I was also advise that I have limited access to my paypal account until I have given them proof that I am the rightful owner of the said account. I have give them 4 of the requirements and is prepared with the fifth one to attach to their request when I was pacified when they have returned my account to full access. I got issues to on that same day with my blocked access to my yahoo account as well. I was victimized and to think that it was a day after Christmas.Anyways have you been a victim of a similar incident?

Hey starrose I am sorry for your plight. Paypal is becoming worse every passing day. First personal payments to India was stopped. I know this is not just because of paypal but also the Indian banking system which contributed to this. Now it seems that I cannot add funds to my paypal account from my bank account. Now, how am i supposed to have funds in my paypal account and that too I don't have a credit card. I am hating this really.

Hi Sundar,several years ago before I started using paypal my friend advise me of the negative things that she heard from its users and it was several years ago when she told me this. I keep defending paypal since back then I do not have any amount inside my account. When I have some dollars on it the problem becomes evident that they said they know how to protect their users regardless of whether it was for personal or for business use. In fairness to them, several customer care agents were kind enough to get my side of the story. Next time when my balance reaches $50 I will withdraw that to my debit card.

For me not I maybe careful about it they are use to it very much now in this time.
